I have been a consultant, researcher and educator in the field of family business since 1995. I have worked extensively with very large family businesses in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North and South America and am used to deal with complex governance and wealth situations. My main areas of research and work are: succession, career plans for the next generation, governance, business, ownership, wealth, family foundations and family office, as well growth and preparing for IPOs.
