Please share a little about yourself and your business.
I am a founding director of Family Business Solutions Limited (www.familybusinesssolutions.co.uk) a consulting and training organisation that provides creative and practical help for family businesses and family offices. I have specialised in advising and consulting with family businesses since 1995. I am a member of the Family Firm Institute (FFI) and in 2001 received the FFI award for outstanding interdisciplinary achievement. I help enterprising families create best practice governance structures for the ownership and management of their family enterprise. I work with a range of families with many different demographic and ownership configurations and whose interests span a wide variety of assets and other activities. I also provide services to other advisers and groups such as professional associations, educators and trade bodies. As an enthusiastic champion of family entrepreneurship, I am actively involved in lobbying political, educational and other influential bodies with the aim of improving the overall awareness of the economic and social contribution made by enterprising families.

Ken,

Sara and I did exchange a few emails, but she was pretty busy over the summer. I am looking forward to getting back in touch with her soon. Hope you are well.
